You are doing great. With your busy schedule instead of trying to fit in a workout, add more motion throughout the day. Take the stairs, park in the back of the lot, walk up and down the hallway a few time when you go for a bathroom break. Do squats or leg kicks when you are cooking or doing dishes -- all the little things add up! You can do this!
