So, it's only day two, but here's a pattern I believe I've identified. My mornings don't kick off to a great start. This morning was supposed to be a breakfast meeting. I dressed in gym clothes as that was task number two. And, the daughter of the person I was supposed to meet with had strep throat. Apparently an email was sent, but I never received one. Did some work, but then decided to order. Went with the "something of everything" breakfast---two eggs, crispy bacon, and silverdollar pancakes. Ate the two eggs and two strips of bacon. Rest went in a to go box for my girls. Gym was strength based, a great class/workout. Not sure I could have pulled off cardio after eggs and bacon. Went straight from there to a self-care session.

Lunch was around 1pm, when I finally returned home. Had a roast beef sandwich w/ flax/fiber warp thing-y. Added some veggies to the wrap. Had grapes, and water.

Dinner was pretty darn good. Made baked shrimp with whole grain pasta. Made a tomato/chicken broth and seasonsing sauce.

Was pretty full for a while, so didn't have berries for my snack. Of course, at 10pm I was super hungry but just need to deal with that.

Totally front loaded my day which doesn't work out well for me. I ramp up with energy throughout the day, mornings just aren't my thing.

How'd everyone else do day 2? Wins?
