Didn't get to post day two until a few minutes ago, but determined to stick to the daily post. My hope is it keeps me accountable and shows you can succed even with daily fails. I'll post weight loss each Friday.

Today started an hour earlier for me. Field trip! Had some of the leftover pancakes and bacon for breakfast. Small portion, so still around 300 calories.

Lunch was crazy early because of the field trip schedule. Had a ham and provolone sandwich, pretzles, a fiber one square thing, and just realized, no fruit. Lots of water throughout the day.

Totally caved and join the kiddos with a kid's cup of ice cream. I'm sure there was a better way to manage the stress of chaperoning 19 4th graders, but that did the trick. I rarely eat ice cream, so totally enjoyed it.

Dinner at 6:30 was leftover pasta and shrimp and some grilled chicken mixed in w/ red sauce.  Totally skimped on veggies and fruits today. Tomorrow needs to be a pretty darn good clean eating day!

So, doing pretty well getting the daily failures in. I think the good point is that if/when I make a bad decision, I know there are several more food decisions to be made throughout the day, and to just pop back up and make better decisions.

Field trip included 5000 steps, so at least there was some activity.

Hope everyone had a great day 3.
