All in all, 3" lost! I'm not upset about no loss in the bicep - with much heavy lifting, I'd actually hope for it to grow! I tend not to hold a lot of fat in my extremities, so if they don't change, that means the fat's coming off somewhere else, ha ha!

I've been noticing much more definition in my legs, particularly around the quads and hamstrings. I'm also not sure if it's just me, but it feels like my ankles are thinner. Which I don't mind - I've always been a little self-conscious of my legs. They're a little too "tubular" for me. 

On the weight side of things, I've passed my Round 1 goal by 1.3lbs.
