I'm surprised at that, given my fail this round, but happy. I thought my stomach had gone down more than it had, though my weekend hasn't been the healthiest so I wouldn't be surprised if some of it was water weight.
On the weight side of things, I've failed my Round 2 goal by a whopping 2.4 pounds. :'(
I think it is mostly due to the fact that I had about two weeks of uncontrolled eating following the end of Round One. Perhaps also water weight due to a weekend of capers and adjusting to an unwisely-too-quick introduction of orthodics. My hips and low back are feeling it, but I've noticed an increase in range in motion and no knee pain while running.
To make Round 3, I need to lose 5.3 lbs. In 4 weeks. This is gonna be tough, but I definitely have those pounds of fat layin' around my belly, so can do that. I'm going to dial in my diet and try to add a little more cardio in as frequently as I can
