Very insightful! The struggle is real but it really IS all about healthy habits, at least in my book. It is normal to go up and down a little with vacations and other special events but I believe if you eat "clean" and healthy 80% of the time, exercise (in any form!) regularly, hydrate properly, sleep enough and be kind to yourself (quiet that inner critic!!!), you will thrive.
