It's been almost a full week back on fitness and keto track...The first week is always the hardest, but the most rewarding...dropping the water weight and seeing that drop on the scale helps with keeping me motivated and being able to get back into some of my smaller clothes again is awesome...Glad to have my thyroid and adrenal meds again so all my hardwork is not for nothing...Planning a bike ride or a walk every night and some pylometric exercises during the work day in my office...Now if my ankle will just heal we can really get a move on :)  Cheers everyone...Move that ass!
