So I lost momentum with my weekly blog posts super fast but here to touch base and make some notes for myself, and whoever is reading my ramblings....Did well with my Kickstarter Dietbet (My First ever) and lost ~13 lbs and won some money (yay)...it helped me stick to strict keto for a full month and get me fully back on board.  Over the past 9 months I have learned how much I really bend to other people's habits around me.  So, I'm trying to use it to my advantage.  I have hooked up with some friends with a great healthy facebook group and we are working together to promote exercise and just give each other general support.  So far we have planned weekly trail hikes on Tuesdays and a few of us bought a groupon to participate in ladies kickboxing classes for 3 months (up to 4 times a week).  I have also been deligent about putting the time in on my home gym, both using and iimproving it.  It is really coming along and I'm starting to like spending the time in there more and more.  Work is another weakness for me when it comes to weightloss...most days are just not busy enough for me to feel occupied all day and then my mind gets bored and suddently I want to eat...wtf?  I am NOT hungry....Netflix is helping me at work and I've been watching all the food documentaries...The more you know ;)  Can't wait to see how the next few weeks go...on track for Round 2 Goal Weight :)
