I agree that daily weigh-ins are hard on the psyche when the # goes up. But I really get a charge out of seeing losses, so I will continue. I'm on a keto plan and some days the # stays the same for 2-3 days and then I lose the next.Hang in there. Key to staying on track is not bringing "off plan" foods into the house. Alas, I have to feed a hubby and 2 growing boys so my house is full of their food. On this keto plan however, I Have NO CRAVINGS for carbs or sweets. It is miraculous!Go Kimberly!
