So following the slow carb diet (Tim Ferris 4-Hour Body) and yesterday (Sunday) was my cheat day.  Up 6lbs this morning, which is more than I usually gain from cheat day, but I know most of it is still food weight that's hanging around on the inside.  The one thing I will say about the benefits of cheat day, 1) I don't lose my sanity from as strict as I stay on diet the rest of the week, 2) I can really throw some weight around the day after loading up on carbs the day before.  Monday's are always a good work out.  I'll do another "unoficially" weight in tomorrow, and we'll see where we're at.  I expect to be back at 248 and we'll continue lower the rest of week.
