I like recapping on my day and sharing it on here. The people that I talk to about my daily progress are already getting bored with it, I can tell.  On here, I can talk about it and feel good about myself without anyone messing that up. To me it is fresh, exciting, hard at times but almost like a high that I get when I complete the day and all my goals are in check. Today is Day 4 and I've hit my mark everyday!  Happy Dance!  These are my goals that I have set for myself.

Daily Calorie Intake    -     1200 Calories

Water Intake              -     120 Fluid Ounces = (15) - 8 oz glasses

Fat Grams                  -     32

Carbs                        -     100

Protein                      -     115

Daily Step Average     -     13,500 Steps

Hit the gym - Lift        -     2 Days Min. each week

Log EVERYTHING !!!    -     Daily

Weigh EVERYTHING !   -     Daily

So... really this isn't too many goals to hit for 28 days straight right?  It is only 28 days.  I have been a little over on my carbs on a few days but I will improve.  I have even made a conscious effort to go to bed a little earlier and that's NOT me at all.  I must say that drinking this much water is keeping my hunger at bay though.  I think that may be the secret weapon.  Oh yeah...NO alcohol during this or atleast I am going to try.  It slows down the process of losing fat.  With that said, I am on to Day 5.
