I must say that I had a very good week overall.  I am pleased.  I logged everything and weighed out everything and the scale became my new bestest friend.  I avoided the lady in the grocery store giving out "free samples of food" twice and that is huge for me! Oh yeah...life is good!  I am making positive changes and at the same time learning a lot about myself. I think that if I want this bad enough that I will stay on track.  Week 1 is DONE.  Moving on to Week 2.
