Frankly, I was surprised at how big a motivator money turned out to be for me. But since I joined DB in April, I have been *very* motivated for success. And I also didn't realize I'm quite as competitive as I am. :) But between that and cold, hard cash on the line, I know I can't fail... and neither will you!
