Well, at least it's only week 1, right?  I start off great every week.   Mon-Thurs are filled with salads, workouts, and a very regimented schedule that helps me control everything.  Then da, da, da.....here goes the weekend.  A nonregimented schedule leads to casual snacking and lots of calorie consumption.  The need to rest my brain, and goals fly out the window!  Every pound lost through Mon-Thursday's hardwork comes flying back on and brings a friend or two.  Need to use this transformation to break out of the weekend sabotage!  Focus on the bright side:  I do, get a good workout in every weekend.  I have not, given up.  I will succeed.  

Midweek Shrinking Jeans Goal Check Week 1 (Ends Sept 10) :  

  1. Shed 2 pounds - currently going the wrong way!  I have faith in Monday.
  2. 5K on Saturday - got in an informal 5K on Sunday
  3. Keep on target with 30 Day Buns & Guns Challenge - Woohoo!  On target with this one.
  4. Blog every other day- every two days, may revamp to Wed/Sun as blog days?
  5. Start food journal - Monday, Monday
