I understand completely. If I cheat at all, it turns into a day or two (at least) binge. So, I don't do it. I am on the paleo diet which means eggs, meat, veggies, fruit and nuts only. Nothing else. It keeps me honest and I LOAD UP on these things. It keeps me satisfied and the more you stick with it, the less likely you are to overeat. BUT that said, easier said than done. Just be kind to yourself and if you mess up, oh well, try again the next meal or next day. I hope you find inspiration and guidance through the other betters in this game. We are in this together!
