Today I still trying to plan my strategy for this journey but I decided to at least make something special so, I decided to bike. I did 6.8km (going and coming back) with some ups and downs. I have been trying the same direction few days but I struggle with my breathing on the "ups" so, I decided to push a little bit harder. 

On the 2 harder "ups" I was feeling that I will pass out but I remember some of this weight loss TV shows where people push so hard at the point to feel sick and vomit and the personal trainers keep saying that is fine and they must keep moving so, I slow as much I can handle but keep moving and motivating myself with positive words. It was hard but feels like mission accomplished :)

I love biking and is the only exercise that I can feel the pain but love to do it anyway. I will keep doing the same road until I get it in "one breath" and no struggles!
