
Sorry guys that I am not very often posting or reading the posts but the computer is part of the problem that I want to get rid! I have been spending too much time at couch in front of TV or computer so, I am trying to get out of it.
Has been ok until now but a bit slow so, this week I decided to really go out of my comfort zone and push harder doing IT. My plan is to make at least 5min every day but I am not a constant person, will take me extra focus to do it but I will try my best!
For me is more than losing the extra, is about to learn and keep a different lifestyle and that is a challenge!
