Today I am a bit disappointed with my numbers, they are not constant and seems a bit weird to be honest.

Anyway, have been a good week step by step I am making changes. My numbers keeping me on the pass, I cannot follow my progress and look like I don't lose anything but I guess I got more muscle mass as well. Definitely, aging is not a best friend of weight loss.

I don't know if I will reach my goal but for sure I found a right place to start the changes and I feel motivated to keep moving and this is already great achievement... I´ll take it! I am not getting any younger but for sure, I am on my way to be more healthy.
