Thank you for posting :) I am new here. I haven't done a game yet, but I'm planning to sign up for my first one, although I am scared and intimated. What do you do that is helpful in dropping the pounds?

Well, I like to track everything in an app and really make sure I’m in a calorie deficit. You can find out what your body burns doing nothing by goggling a TDEE calculator then cuting 200-300 calories off of that more depending on what the scale does. I don’t really worry much about what I eat ie “low carb” “no sugar” things like that but have found that after tracking I can eat more of the healthier stuff and feel more full. So without knowing it in have started to choose healthier items just for the simple fact I can eat more of them lol. Another thing I do is drink A LOT of water! It really helps in those moment where I would turn to snacks before. Oh I also wanted to note I have not started to work out yet, with the exception of trying to get in 10,000 Steps a day, I find it easier to add one thing at a time instead of all at once. (I would probably quit AGAIN) losing weight is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. I hope I answered your question I got a bit rambly and I’m sure my grammar is horrible expecially since I am using my phone instead of my computer :P!
