I'm proud of you for getting back into the game. Maybe this diet bet will make a world of difference. But here's hoping you don't let this pass you by. You're betting on you. And I know how you hate being wrong.

- hydrate (96oz daily!)
- 12 min video 5x
- 30 min walk 2x
- zero binges (not even a restriction, just eat a normal portion of whatever you're having).
And perhaps if you come here and write out your feelings when you're bored instead of disappearing to the beautiful, emotionally rich lives of the folks on netflix, you'll be less calorie focused. I love you. You got this. You're ready. There's no reason to wait.
