drinking more water. taking a long walk with no breaks.

I would like to keep hydrated steadily and start doing small chunks of activity daily. just 5 min on the bike a couple times a day. keep the fluids in the knees moving.

I have stayed on track with logging and activity. Binges have been few. Got the flu and that has helped, but I anticipated some gains as I get rehydrated.

Activity. I was a bum and took a lyft to work yesterday instead of walking commute.

Consistency. I can start a day with all the motivation in the world, but by 6pm I'm ready for the couch and pizza.
