Congrats on starting! That's the hardest part of all and you made it! I started off with just myfitnesspal earlier last year. Just tracking calories along had helped me tremendously. With that being said, my diaries certainly doesn't look as 'clean' as one would recommend. I set to losing 0.5kg per week and just try to be slightly under (around 100) the daily cal goal (including exercise). And that had worked for me. (based on the report, i hit the goal 4/7 times per week)I still have burger every now and then, fries, pop, sweets. I just have it in a smaller portion that I can fit into my daily limit. I exercise 4~5 times a day, usually burn around 500 cal. That's pretty much all my focus. The result was losing 17kg (12%) in 4 months. For me, its easier to just focus on 1 or 2 things, and everything just usually just happened.
