I feel like this 3% goal is the toughest round of this game.  I have not exercised regularly for a while...

Must shed 8.5 lbs by the end of this month.....Back in college I lost close to 20 lbs in 3 months...Just walking and using my excess weight as resistance.  At the time I did not have diabetes, so I walked 5 days in a row and then rewarded myself with a dairy queen milk shake.  You might think, haha he took two steps forward and 3 steps back...but.  Also, my meals were portion controlled and each walk lasted at least an hour...So the end result was increased metabolism, and a splurge once a week, and of course 20 lbs gone.  In college my weight went as high as 325?, i believe that is a close estimate for that time period.

In high school, I weighed around 210.  Played basketball, marched in band, and played a little bit of guitar.

So I know my ultimate goal will not be met by the end of this game but, at least I will be closer to the goal of weighing 210 again.
