I've always ate more than enough.  If I could just scale back and focus on not eating as much...I'd probably have a better outcome in this competition.   Finding time to exercise has been tough.  I would walk for about 30 minutes once a week, now Im not even walking...Feel stressed and have too much work to do besides getting healthy again.

 

If Im going to turn this around, I'll need to reduce calories...exercise everyday...and get work done too.

Tonight, i'll try to get some sleep and not worry.  There is still time to change.
