I think you need to be kinder to yourself You seem at least to me that you beat yourself up it is fine not to exercise or eat right you are still a good person you are human??

Trust the process friend! Make a plan, schedule walks if that is an activity that makes you feel good, work hard, and remember to relax too! You can do this! ;)
