Number one reason I bomb out in the evening is because im either so hungry from not eating enough during the day or I did not have a meal planned. Meal prep seems like a big chore but its not that hard and is my saving grace. If I don't know what im going to eat then I eat whatever is in front of me. Hope this helps

Thanks Tara! I think preparation was where i def failed. I was trying to instapot some chicken breast right after work with a tight evening schedule, just ate real fast and ran out the door, leaving no room for a real nutritious dinner when i got back. Thanks for the support!

for me, I set limits on FINISHED EATING TIME... SAY NO FOOD AFTER 6:30 (Intermittent fasting) so that helps, I also find if I have a snack before I leave work, I am not crazy hungry when I get home... another trick is drink a full bottle of water on the way home... then make a plan for something YOU HAVE TO DO after you eat! (even if its just cleaning a room, writing in a diary, or walking for 10-15 minutes) I clean stalls! Some planned snacks after dinner would help too, you can eventually phase those out, but at first EAT when you have established you are actually hungry, just set limits, make up snack bags of your favorite things (smaller but satisfying!) (always start with the water) That along with meal planning should help a ton!!!
