I had actually already joined and started a Kickstarter, but honestly, four days in I realized the sheer intensity of 4% in 4 weeks was getting me in over my head. I'm starting at more than 200 lbs, and it puts a lot of stress on my knees to work out very intensely. 

 

Instead, I've changed tactics and I'm going to commit to a Transformer instead. It's more weight, but with a longer-term goal that I think is pretty manageable. 20ish pounds in six months seems really doable. I'm 100% ready to take this challenge on!
