I've been tracking my meals using MyFitnessPal and realized how much SODIUM I've been taking in this week. I had no idea! Let yourself "just grab lunch out" and you end up blind-sided by sodium levels, even when the calorie count is still good.
I guess this is just a sign for me to start tracking sodium as much as I do everything else!
In GOOD news for this week, I'm doing great on drinking water. In BAD news, I was very ill yesterday and missed my exercise goal for the day. Oh well, what's important is that I make it to the gym today! I'm optimistic I can manage this Transformer and get down to 186 by the end, which will really get me off to a good start to hit my eventual goal of 160!
