A week ago I teetered back and forth on whether to jump into another diet bet. My family had this trip tonAustralia planned and well when we travel we eat. Not unhealthy be foods but a lot of food. Our last trip to Vietnam in August, just before I began my diet bet journey, I gained 15 lbs.
Now here we are 5 months later and I am worried I could pull back all the progress I made. For that reason I signed up for 2 more dietbet challenges. Hopefully this can keep me on track.
Today has been in the airport all day or airplane so eating has been a whole lot of Thai chicken soup from the United club and some nuts and pretzles on the plane.
We arrive to Sydney Australia in 16 hours and I’m hoping I can just keep my willpower for both smart healthy choices but also quantities.
