I'm one week in and have lost 2.4 lbs. While I'm super excited I'm trying to brace myself for realism as I know that every week wont be quite so big as I work closer towards my goals. 

This week was tough but now that I got through it I know I can make it. 

Biggest challenges:

    -Resisting urge for chocolate

    -Resisting soda

    -Not drinking alcohol when others around me were

    -Not snacking on cheese when bored

 

But I made it through and it paid off. Now I'm one week closer to kicking these bad habbits and making change. 

 

Overall I feel more positive. I'm sleeping better. Peeing a lot. HA! 

 

Excited to see the changes this competition is going to help guide me too.
