My husband and I been together for almost 11 years and have an almost 9 year old boy! I just turned 30 and been itching for a baby for a while now! I went to the doctors and she recommended that I lose weight before having another child! So I'm so dedicated because I want to get pregnant by the summer time so I need to get moving! My starting weight is 216.8 but I would like to be around 180 before conceiving! That’s less than 37lbs. I need to stay focused and motivated if I want to have a healthy baby and healthy pregnancy! My main goal is 155 but I just need to get to a better weight right now!
