Day 3 and can I just say how great I feel!!! I feel so motivated and determined its crazy! I’m down 6.4 lbs since last Friday and 2.8lbs since Wednesday. It’s the weekend and the weekends are the hardest for me! I plan on going to the gym today, Saturday and Sunday. Drink more water and watch my food intake! If I’m going to do this for real this time, I have to stay focused and keep my eye on the prize! I want to be healthier and get pregnant in a few months (god willing). I’m also ready to prove to everyone else that I’m not playing no more!!
