I'm nervous to start this, for many reasons. Putting my weight out there. What if I'm not motivated enough? What if I lose! What if the money isn't motivation enough??

The thing that really needs work is my diet. My husband and I eat a lot of processed foods because it's easy and fast, and when you both have depression, requires the least amount of energy to make. I love salads. I would eat salad two times a day, if I had the mental energy to make myself salad that often. So perhaps that's something I can work on during this challenge. Meal prepping fish would also help for lunches, instead of taking a microwave-able mac and cheese, I could have healthy fish and rice.

Currently, I swim two times a week--on Mondays and Wednesdays. I would like to supplement my current routine with regular strength training and cardio on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and possibly Friday/Saturdays. (I love my weekends, okay? I can't wait to go home and get in comfy pants and nap.)

I'm going to a Paramore concert in July, and I want to look great in their previous tour shirt! I don't wear it currently because it makes me feel enormous.

Also, better sleeping, more energy, and not being winded while trucking around campus would be excellent.

So, I'm in it to win. Bring it on :) I hope we can get some more people to join before the challenge starts!
