Good Luck...your are on right track...I have not gone to gym in 6 years...I had an active membership. I also tried to go again last year with a second gym. I decided to give up gyms this January...I joined classes instead at yoga places, TRX places, community swim classes, and lots of hike meet ups. I have a home gym and recently hired a PT that stretches me. Keep pushing yourself! You have some great motivation--(you and family)!
