I keep getting into different diets, joining different programs like crossfit and zumba, I even have a gym membership.  I lose weight if I really put my mind into it but as soon as I loose some pounds I go back to bad eating habits and gain it all back.  I stop excersising and I start being hungry all tghe time and craving bad food.

At this point I am very frustrated as I am 44 years old and have 3 children.  I know I  have to do better for them but I have no control.  I can't stop eating.  I hope this program DIET BET helps because if not I don't know what will happen.  I don't want to fall into depression.I will give it my all and I hope I stay motivated.
