Good luck...I am one week into this. I really like that there is some accountability and a coaching/team sorta. It seems more fun...weirdly enough. I have been on tons of diet as well. My sis lost 40 lbs here...so that is why I came.....keep fighting...you can do it! Don't kick yourself too much....it is life (my mom is having cancer surgery on Friday)also enjoying the blogs....because I can so relate
