LOVE THIS My realistic goals:Up the step count from >1000 to a couple thousand to eventually (weeks, months, by the end of the year?) 10,000 daily drink 70-100oz water daily. Herbalife tea and green tea count.Meal prep health and delicious things as I already know how to,Stick to my meal plan 90% of the time.
