So as long as I can remember, I've always eating the same during the week for breakfast...eggs. Oh sure sometimes I've put a little mozerella cheese on them or made a english muffin sandwich, but it's always been 2 eggs for breakfast. Which has gotten quite boring...so I'm stepping outside the box and changing things up a little.

Yesterday I had a protein/meal replacement shake...YUCK!  I ended up drinking the whole thing, but it took me 1.5 hours - LOL! Just did not like the taste at all. Next time I'll add some frozen fruit and use coconut water instead of regular water. I'm hoping this helps because I did like how full/statisfied it made me.

Today I had my 2 eggs, but I paired them with a 1/2 of avacado and an orange - SCRUMPTIOUS!!! I'm not sure why, but I seem to always feel healthier when I eat an avacado...not sure why I don't have them more often!!

Not sure what tomorrow will bring yet, but I'll do some more research today and hopefully come up with something GOOD!!!
