Barbara, I wish I could give you a big hug. You did make a great choice and sign up to make a change. I think dieting can be overwhelming, there are the foods I can't eat, drinks with too many calories, taking time to work out...exhausting. But, I know I want to do it, and to keep from getting overwhelmed, I just take it one meal at a time. Making one good choice, be it adding fruit or veggies. Then when I make the wrong choice, like having pizza, I try not to punish myself and get of track. Each day is a new day, you are strong, you can do this. Repeat: YOU CAN DO THIS. Focus on just this one day, adding or doing 1 thing that will help.
