Wow, I have lots to say LOL, I usually break things down by number, even with friends so I should do the same here. :)

THis week has been crappy. I ended my last dietbet last Friday (exactly one week ago) I've officially gained 3 pounds back. I haven't worked out all week except for walking daily for at least 30 minutes and my September Ab and Squat Challenge, usually I do a DVD in addition. I don't know why I've been so lazy! Plus, I went on a mini binge today, :(. I try to tell myself it will all turn around which it will I just need to get back in the game.

I need to workout this weekend and that's really it for the weekend topic. LOL

I had a friend at work come up to me today and tell me how great I was looking, I'm about 50 pounds down so that felt good especially wallowing in my mini binge and no workout week.
