I was doing great things last week! Eating well and working out.

i thought this challenge would be a breeze, and then the weekend happened!! Whoa, I have a lot of things to change. Number One - dinners out! I went out Friday and Saturday. I find it difficult to make good choices. Everything is huge, and full of calories. I would never eat like that at home.

The hard part is that dining out makes up 98% of my social life. I am going to use this weekend as a great learning opportunity so that I can plan better for future weekends. I haven't been on the scale yet, so I don't even know how bad the damage is!! 

I'm forward to a new week!
