Hello:

So today I got up early and went to Body Pump and wow I think my shoulders are already starting to hurt.  This is a good thing due to the 3 months I took off from the gym and now the hard work to start over and stay in this routine for the rest of my active life.  I really love the way I feel after I work out, why do we let ourselves quit our routines?  I was at 199 back in May and wow did the pounds come back on this summer 30 of them to be exact and I vow I will not put them back on again. Why do we work so hard and then let ourselves relax and get to a place we never wanted to return?  

I am going to use this website to keep me moving in the right direction and stay healthier for life.
