So last night I was upset and the way I deal with this is to eat and I thought I was over it however I caved.  I ate some sweet potato fries and a chicken fajita salad and had a nice talk with my husband.  Then we went to a dance with some friends of ours and it was alot of fun.  On Saturdays my schedule when I was doing so good with weightloss and changing of my body layout.  I love the Body Attack  and Body Pump class and I slept through the Attack class and I had sent a text to my friend telling her I wasn't going to Pump and then I felt bad and got into my car and did the class.  The class really kicked my but....I am vowing to get up in the morning this week each day except for SUNDAY and get my workouts in.  This helps with my mood and definately with the way my body looks, here's to putting ourselves first and letting other things wait....Happy Saturday to everyone...
