I stepped on the scales this morning and can not believe my eyes. My ultimate goal is 185#'s but onederand will be wonderful to see and I know I am on my way now. The biggest change I have made ths week is that I am drinking far more water. What an easy thing to do and yet so effective. I wonder how dehaydrated my body has been? And will the pounds keep coming off if I continue to drink water and with that feel more like being more active. I am teaching health. It seems wrong to be out of shape and try to teach my seventh graders that they need to be in shape though they are a good source of my motivation.
