It's been such a busy week for me, settling in to the new job with a longer commute and finishing an adventure race yesterday. Today I'm cramming a weekend worth of housework and such into a day.
I've not been as focused on my daily calorie counting because of the busy-ness, but am getting back on track tomorrow. Lack of time = lack of planning for contingencies and those are what has thrown me off track.
From a weight loss standpoint, however, I'm where I need to be. My body is crazy sore from yesterday's race, but I should be able to get back into my exercise routine tomorrow.
So I'm feeling pretty good. Just gotta keep going.
