I have several goals in store for me this month, they say it takes 21 days to break a habit. Major life changes are in store for me. I am only twenty-one years old and I weigh well over 200lbs. After the passing of my dad in April 2011 is when I noticed my weight dramatically inclined. I have been a bigger set girl my whole life, but never this big! About 6 months after he passed away is when I noticed stretch marks showing up all over my body they are scars that I never thought id have! I am now just learning how to accept myself.. Life is too short to worry. I want to look back on my life and tell my future children and grandchildren that I did adventurous things and then encourage them to do the same! For now its time to do me, I have several goals in store for this month. 

1) Meal Prep Regularly (Sunday Night) 

2) Water! I have a water bottle that holds 32oz of water, my goal is to drink 3 of them a day! 

3) Track my calorie intake! (Myfittnesspal) 

4) Go to the gym 5x a week 

5) Go to Zumba 1x a week 

6) Go for a run Outside/Hike 2x a week  

7) NO FAIR FOOD! This month (in the state of New Hampshire & I’m sure everywhere else!) is fair season. Fried delishousness! NOT....... Time to feed my body what it deserves!  

A lot of these goals i already do... but I don’t do them at a consistent rate... that is my issue. My mind seems to think oh... Friday night... CHEAT NIGHT...... errrrr Saturday morning I’m hung over a cheat breakfast is err okay..... Then I find myself off track, yet AGAIN! 

SOOO my number ONE goal for this month is..... 

8) Consistency!
