LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I think these are very clear, attainable goals...n u r 10000000000000% right...its all about consistency! Did u check out our minichallenges..its on my page...make sure u r doing hiit training (obviously if u can--since u do workout already ....it will give ur metabolism a kick n burn fat! ;) xoxo

I did! and i am going to kick my butt into gear! for some odd reason i have been in a funk the pass few days. Being a full time student and maintaining my weight is really tough for me. I think over the pass 3 years since i started commuting to college and moved out of home i have gained about 40 pounds. Its time to be me again!
