I currently (and have been for the pass three years) a full time student in school and have a part time job. Keeping busy is one of my number one things... But when it comes to eating the right food.. That is where I struggle the most. It just sounds so much easier to grab mac n' cheese or ramen noodles or to even grab dunkins on my way to work/school every morning. These are bad habits that I need to change and I know that! With you guys help I would like some ideas for snacks and easy meal prep ideas that I can do on Sunday night or even on weds mornings because that’s when I have most of my free time. I am not picky eater at all! I love trying new things! So whatever ideas you may have just through them out there for me!
I am having a hard time getting my head into the game right now. I know I should be eating healthy and being active.. But my mind is saying everything but that right now! I feel like all this school work is putting me into complete stress mode.. But I am also tired of that being my excuse not to be happy and healthy! Tonight when I get out of class at 6:45 i am forcing myself to go to planet fitness and get my head into the game. I know once i hit up that gym once I WILL be unstoppable!
