Thanks for sharing Trisha! At one point or another I have felt exactly like you, I can def relate! BTW i lost my first 100 lbs with weight watchers :) I think u have some pretty great goals and I 100% Get THem!!! Lets make them more specific...so for example ur first goal is fitness right? So how can we test ur "fit" level in a month when the bet is over? Lets come up with a way to measure that! Maybe if you can walk 2 miles without stopping can we aim for a 5k? etc etc.. Does that make sense?? Wishing you all the luck and courage in the world! This journey takes a lot of strength and patience. We are here for u! xo
