I had a tough weekend! I had a great weigh-in at Weight Watchers on Saturday and was feeling great! Then my hubs and I had Mexican food (which involved quite a few tortilla chips) and then I had a mad craving for brownies, which I made, and subsequently ate. Sunday wasn't too bad with a normal breakfast and just toast for lunch (with another brownie...) and a really good dinner. But, it all caught up with me and I'm feeling heavy and bloated today.
But, I will maintain focus and I will get back on track TODAY and for the rest of the week. I'm finally on my way down after being stuck for a long while and I won't let one weekend's worth of eating poorly derail me. I had a delicious smoothie for breakfast and I'll have a big salad for lunch and a normal dinner. I'm hoping to maybe do another PiYo workout this evning. I can do this, I just have to maintain the focus.
